[MBZ] how to get the balancer/pulley off a 617

Pullers are not usually too expensive and are useful in many ways. Just another tool to have in the box for the
next time you need to do something like this. I think I have at least a dozen different ones acquired over the
years. Tools are wonderful things and any excuse to acquire more is a good thing.

Well I just checked the CD and it says something about a puller.  Crap,
I dont have a puller.
