Not sure of handling but the ride is certainly better in a 124. Not to 
mention fuel efficiency, ergonomics, cold starting,and interior noise 
and design.

You really should try a 124 they are VASTLY superior to the 123. And 
that's not meant to denigrate the wonderful 123TD.

I also much prefer the styling of the 124 especially now that I have my 
Euro lights in.
