She is more than welcome here. Not sure how you can get the tabs for
next to nothing, since they charged me $170 for the pleasure of
purchasing a $117.50 car.
Gig Harbor is trying to be Laguna Beach north, so may get a bunch of
upper income folks, or those willing to pay more. I would think Roy is
out of the way for a bunch of people. More psychological than real
distance. Kent would be close enough for the Seattle and Tacoma bioD
freaks to go look and not think it is just too far.
If you are going for the BioD buyer, I would think Seattle, with all it
pumps, would have saturation of buyers to move it fast. I am available
all day, so showing it would not be a great hassle.
